There is internet access in the Visitor Information Centre and WIFI Access in designated areas of the Atrium. Cards can be purchased from the Visitor Information Centre for approximately £5.00.

Q. Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition centre?
No. Under 16’s are not admitted into the halls.
Q. Will there be anywhere to buy food while I’m at the exhibition?
There will be a number of eating areas within the individual halls, as well as food outlets on the concourse areas. If you can’t find an outlet which meets your needs, please ask a member of staff for advice when you arrive at the venue.
Q. What other facilities are there at the venue?
The NEC has been undergoing a refurbishment programme to improve the visitor and exhibitor experience at the venue.
